Our approach

  • OLA Report uses the smallest possible set of first-party cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences.
  • We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, social pixels, or fingerprinting scripts.
  • We do not sell or share cookie data with data brokers or advertising networks.

First-party cookies

  • ola_session — a strictly necessary, httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax cookie that holds your signed-in session. Without it you cannot stay logged in. It expires automatically after 30 days or when you sign out.

Local browser storage

  • ola-theme — remembers whether you prefer the light or dark interface.
  • ola-anon-key — a random, non-identifying key that lets anonymous visitors keep a consistent pseudonymous identity without an email address.
  • These values live only in your browser. You can clear them at any time and the site will simply reset those preferences.

No third-party tracking or advertising cookies

  • We do not embed third-party ad networks, analytics trackers, or social widgets that set cookies on your device.
  • Sponsored placements are served by us as first-party content and are always labeled #Sponsored; they do not introduce tracking cookies.

Managing cookies and storage

  • Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies and site data from its settings or privacy panel.
  • Blocking the ola_session cookie will prevent sign-in, but browsing public reports, lender profiles, and safety information still works.
  • Clearing local storage only resets your theme and anonymous identity; it does not delete content you have posted.

  • If our cookie or storage practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
